A long time ago just outside of Byhalia, MS Jimbo was making barbecue (BBQ) for his friends and the more barbecue he made, the more friends he made. "There is nothing better than sharing good food with good friends", says Jimbo. We welcome new friends at Jimbos Brickhouse!

When you stop by, you'll notice the smokers are all custom made. That's one way to know the Pitmaster is for REAL ... he builds his own smokers. Occasionally, in his spare time, there may be some custom metal fire pits and artwork available for sale. True dedication!

Okay, there is a lot of good BBQ in Memphis ... but none of them top it off with the delicious sides you'll find at Jimbo's. Every side is made with the same love we put into our barbecue. True southern tastes of Turnip Greens, Smoked Cabbage, Corn on the Cob and more. Yum!
